Order Processing & Crafting Time

At Velora, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, precision-crafted eyewear. Since all lenses must be assembled by hand, our processing time is longer than standard retail:

  • Custom Optical Processing: Please allow 7 days for our optical specialists to precision-grind, polish, and quality-check your lenses before shipment.
  • Delivery:Once your lenses have been finished, we will ship them to you via USPS, and they should arrive in about 3 days.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions & Liability

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Liability: In accordance with our Terms of Service, Velora is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure delivery.

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales Tax: U.S. sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
