5. Are Sport Glasses Eligible for FSA/HSA?
The rules for FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) are specific:
- Non-Prescription Sport Glasses: Typically those glasses are not eligible for reimbursement as they are considered a lifestyle accessory.
- Prescription Sport Glasses: Once you submit a prescription, it is considered an FSA/HSA reimbursement item for corrective eyeglasses. Both the coating and thickness are reimbursable upon presentation of the order receipt.

At Velora, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, precision-crafted eyewear. Since all lenses must be assembled by hand, our processing time is longer than standard retail:
- Order Processing: Please allow 14 days for our optical specialists to precision-grind, polish, and quality-check your lenses before shipment.
- Delivery：Once your lenses have been finished, we will ship them to you via USPS, and they should arrive in about 4 days.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $30.
For orders below this amount, a $5 flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
No, we currently only ship to the United States. We plan to offer shipping to other countries in the future.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses within 7 days of delivery—whether it's the fit, the style, or the prescription—you are eligible for a one-time exchange or a return for a partial refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom prescription glasses (including personalized lens coatings and specific prescriptions). As these products are custom-made to your unique visual requirements, they cannot be resold.
Exceptions: If your custom glasses arrive defective, damaged, or with the wrong prescription due to our error, please contact us immediately at service@velora-glasses.com to evaluate the issue and make it right.
